CANCELLATION POLICY

Here at Livvy’s Beauty Studio, I strive to provide excellent customer service. [Rescheduling]: Please reschedule by using the link in your email. I do not reschedule appointment. YOU MUST reschedule within 24 hours. [Same Day Cancellations]: will be 50% of the services booked. [ No Call - No Show]: Charged 100% of the service fee, if card is declined due to insufficient funds, you will not be able to book another appointment until your past due amount is paid. [Tardiness]: You must show up to your appointment on time, you have a 10 min grace period. Signature brow sculpting or any 15 min appointments your grace period is 5min. If you are later than the 5 and 10 minutes grace period there is a chance I will not be able to service you.
