CANCELLATION POLICY
Livvy’s Beauty Studio – Client Policies At Livvy’s Beauty Studio, your time and my time are valuable. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, the following policies are in place: 1. Rescheduling: Appointments must be rescheduled using the link provided in your confirmation email. Rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours in advance. I do not manually reschedule appointments. 2. Service Changes: Appointments are reserved based on the services originally selected at the time of booking. Services cannot be removed, substituted, or exchanged for different services once booked. If you no longer wish to receive your scheduled service, you may reschedule your appointment according to the rescheduling policy and book your desired services separately. Deposits remain attached to the original appointment and service booked. 3. Menstrual Cycle Policy: Clients may receive Brazilian waxing services while on their menstrual cycle. If you choose not to receive your Brazilian wax during your cycle, you may reschedule your appointment according to the rescheduling policy. Menstrual cycles do not qualify for same-day service substitutions. 4. Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. 5. No-Call / No-Show: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notifying me beforehand will forfeit their full deposit. If your card is declined or payment is not received, you will not be allowed to book another appointment until your past due balance is paid in full. 6. Tardiness: Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period applies for most appointments. For Signature Brow Sculpting or 15–20 minute appointments, the grace period is 5 minutes. Arriving later than the allowed grace period may result in your appointment being shortened or the deposit being forfeited.
